Mesh 101 was where it all started.
In my studio, I created a way of working, a way of exploring & developing work and a way of sharing that work.
The public experiencing of it has lead to a wide range of commissions, projects and collaborations.
Below is a sampling of some of a variety of approaches using the same installation.
When I need to reconnect to what and why I do what I do, being within this installation helps me remember!

Mesh 101 in its simplest form. Designed for someone to wander through.

Or to sit within

it is transparent, lightweight and yet, within it one feels encompassed.

Installations with projected images become places the public lies under. Covering the floor with blankets, the floor literally becomes a puzzle pieced placing of people, spending time under the piece. Ideally in public locations there would be designed seating to facilitate such reflective opportunities

Different projections create different feelings. So far, each iteration has a unique soundtrack that accompanies it. I find this integrally augments the visual experience.

Illustrating how different projection can shift the feel.

A view to show what a section of the piece looks like lying down. Remember the images are slowly shifting and changing...
