MacKinnon Pergola
was a test piece that became it own installation. Set up in a Common space of Equinox Studios, in Seattle. It became a lunch spot for the studio building - protected from the weather be it sun or rain and illuminated at night by David Vercade with LED lights. Atmospheric, it reflected the light and weather conditions, undulating in the wind.

During the day the piece cast shadows that shifted through the day.

The LED lights shifted very slowly through a range of colors.

At one point, I discovered that a local photographer had used the piece for a film shoot!
